Terms for
using PDF Toolkit.

1. Overview

PDF Toolkit, package name com.nexdevlab.pdftoolkit, is provided by NexDevLab. By installing or using PDF Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Using the app

You may use PDF Toolkit to scan documents, read PDFs, edit pages, add signatures, convert supported files, organize documents, protect files, search text, and save or share outputs. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to access, edit, copy, sign, share, upload, or store the documents you use with the app.

Some features depend on Android permissions, device capabilities, Google Play services, Google Drive, Google Play billing, network access, or third-party SDK availability. Features may vary by device, region, app version, account status, and user settings.

3. Your documents and outputs

You keep ownership of your documents and outputs. PDF Toolkit does not claim ownership of your PDFs, scans, images, OCR text, signatures, or converted files. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, sending them, signing them, printing them, or uploading them elsewhere.

OCR, scan cleanup, conversion, compression, repair, form filling, and editing tools can make mistakes or produce imperfect output. Keep backup copies of important documents and verify any document before using it for important work.

4. Cloud Sync and Google Drive

Cloud Sync is optional. If you connect Google Drive, PDF Toolkit uses Google authorization and Drive access to create or use a PDF Toolkit folder and to sync PDF Toolkit-managed files when you enable sync. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for any files saved to that Drive account.

Disconnecting Cloud Sync stops future syncing and revokes access for that account where supported, but it does not automatically delete files already saved in Google Drive.

5. Premium and purchases

PDF Toolkit may offer Premium features through Google Play. Google Play handles payment, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and subscription account management. Premium availability and included features may change over time.

If you cancel a subscription, access to Premium features may continue until the end of the current billing period as determined by Google Play.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use PDF Toolkit to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, create deceptive documents, distribute harmful files, or process someone else's personal documents without permission. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, abuse connected services, reverse engineer paid features, or use automation to misuse Google Drive, ads, billing, or support systems.

7. Third-party services

PDF Toolkit may work with Android, Google Play services, Google Drive, Google ML Kit, Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Firebase Remote Config, Meta Audience Network, Google Play billing, Tesseract OCR, PDFBox, and other libraries or platform services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Changes and availability

NexDevLab may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue app features, website pages, support channels, or service integrations. PDF Toolkit may also be affected by operating system changes, Google API changes, Play Store policies, network availability, device storage, permissions, and third-party service outages.

9. Responsibility and limitations

PDF Toolkit is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, NexDevLab is not responsible for lost documents, corrupted files, failed conversions, missed OCR text, sync conflicts, business losses, indirect damages, or decisions made using app outputs. Always keep your own backups and review important documents before using or sharing them.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Ending use

You can stop using PDF Toolkit at any time by deleting local documents, disconnecting Cloud Sync, clearing app data, cancelling Premium through Google Play, or uninstalling the app. NexDevLab may restrict support or access to connected services if the app or support channels are misused.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated when PDF Toolkit features, legal requirements, or service providers change. The date above shows the current version.
