Request deletion of
PDF Toolkit data.

1. How to request data deletion

To request deletion of PDF Toolkit-related data, email support@nexdevlab.com with the subject PDF Toolkit data deletion request.

Include the Google account email used for Cloud Sync if your request is related to a connected Google Drive account. Do not attach sensitive PDFs, scans, IDs, financial documents, medical documents, or other private files to the request email.

2. Google account connection

PDF Toolkit does not create a separate NexDevLab username-and-password account. Optional Cloud Sync uses Google OAuth so you can connect a Google Drive account. A deletion request for Cloud Sync covers PDF Toolkit records associated with that connected Google account, where those records exist.

3. Data NexDevLab can delete

When you submit a deletion request, NexDevLab can delete PDF Toolkit support request records and PDF Toolkit-controlled operational records associated with your request, where those records exist and can be reasonably matched to your email address or request details.

If you connected Google Drive through PDF Toolkit, you can ask NexDevLab to remove PDF Toolkit-controlled cloud sync records associated with that Google account. Disconnecting Cloud Sync in the app stops future syncing and revokes app access where supported.

4. Data stored on your device or Google Drive

PDF Toolkit does not operate a PDF-processing server for your documents. Most PDF files, scans, signatures, OCR text, converted files, and edited outputs are stored locally on your Android device or in your own Google Drive account when you choose to use Cloud Sync.

Files stored only on your device must be deleted from your device. Files already saved in your Google Drive remain under your Google account and can be deleted directly from Google Drive.

5. Data that may be kept

Some records may be kept when required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, tax, accounting, Google Play purchase history, subscription management, or records maintained by third parties under their own policies.

Third-party services such as Google Play, Google Drive, Google AdMob, Firebase, Meta Audience Network, and Google User Messaging Platform handle their own records under their own deletion and retention processes.

6. Timing and confirmation

NexDevLab will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. If more information is needed to verify or complete your request, support may ask for clarification. When the request is completed, support will confirm by email.
